Comprehensive Plan

The Comprehensive Plan is the City’s road map to the future and is used by the City Council and staff in all decisions from budget to work programs.

Last updated in February of 2017, the plan holds the goals and policies for the city's utility, transportation, and park plans by providing  guidance for the physical, economic, and community development of the city for the next 20 years. The goals and policies in this plan articulate the vision of the community.
